I’m working with the recruiting team of an AmLaw 100 client to identify candidates for a Senior Associate role focused on Corporate Transactions, Capital Markets, and M&A in Atlanta or Chicago. Based on your background, this opportunity could be of interest.

 

Key Details

  • Position: Senior Associate (JD years 2019–2021; 4–6 years of experience)
  • Practice Focus: Mergers and acquisitions with exposure to broader corporate transactions and capital markets work
  • Experience Sought: Strong M&A background, excellent academic credentials, and solid interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Offices: Atlanta or Chicago
  • Level: Senior Associate or Associate with meaningful responsibility on sophisticated transactions
