A client of ours (Global, Top AmLaw firm) is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its Corporate and Private Equity practice in Pittsburgh. 

 

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

 

  • Compensation: Competitive to peer firms
  • Location: Pittsburgh
  • Hybrid Policy: The firm prioritizes in-office attendance to foster collaboration while offering flexibility for remote work.
  • Position Highlights:  The firm is seeking associate candidates with 4 – 5 years of experience in acquisitions for private equity funds. The Corporate and Private Equity Department consists of attorneys whose practices focus on all types of private equity transactions including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, “going private” transactions and purchases of troubled companies in or out of bankruptcy. There is a team devoted to representing emerging managers and other general partners as well as significant limited partners in forming private equity, growth equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds.
