A client of ours (Global, Top 10 AmLaw firm) is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate Group in Chicago. 

 

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

    • Compensation: $260,000-$390,000
    • Location: Chicago
    • Hybrid Policy: The firm prioritizes in-office attendance to foster collaboration while offering flexibility for remote work.
    • Position Highlights:  The firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience handling real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, development, land use/entitlements, construction, and/or LIHTC matters. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Illinois or eligible for prompt admission.
    • Other Positions: In addition to this role, we’re currently handling several other similar opportunities with top AmLaw firms across the country.
