POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Compensation: $265,000-$365,000
• Location: Atlanta
• Hybrid Policy: The firm prioritizes in-office attendance to foster collaboration while offering flexibility for remote work.
• Position Highlights:  Candidates should have 4–5 years of experience advising on corporate and commercial matters involving technology and intellectual property, including licensing, trade secret protection, privacy, artificial intelligence counseling, and commercial agreements (development, manufacturing, supply, distribution, and services). Candidates should also have experience advising on IP and technology issues in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, spin-offs, and private equity, such as conducting diligence and supporting related transaction documents.
