I’m working directly with one of the main Litigation Partners of an AmLaw100 Firm in Salt Lake City who has an active need for an Associate/Counsel with at least 1 year of experience.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Location – Salt Lake City (openings in other markets also available)
  • Compensation – $180k+ (depending on experience)
  • Billable – 1800-hour billable requirement
  • Description – You are a high performer looking to join dynamic team and have experience with at least one of the following:
    • Strong litigation experience defending complex business/commercial litigation lawsuits in state and/or federal court
    • Experience with drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and briefing motions
    • Experience in taking depositions, preparing deposition summaries, and analyzing deposition testimony for case strategy
    • Conducting oral arguments, and expert interviews
    • Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations and experience with trial preparation
    • Managing document collection, review, and production


The associate would primarily be supporting several attorneys locally, as well as the opportunity to possibly work with Partners in other offices.  You would be an integral part of their national team.
